仲裁正成為日益廣泛採用的爭端解決方式，故充分瞭解國內及國際上仲裁解決機制以及如何強制執行仲裁判斷，已日形重要，本次研討會即欲透過此難得的國際交流機會，集合兩岸三地（台灣、大陸及香港）之一流律師，提供各產業有關仲裁條款之約定、仲裁處理之原則以及如何實現仲裁判斷等重要課題，歡迎貴單位積極派員參與。

專長於工程與仲裁法律的相關領域，同時也是Chartered Institute of Arbitrators 的會員。其國際案例處理經驗豐富，包括德國、泰國、韓國、中國大陸以及新加坡等地。
He specializes in all aspects of construction and arbitration law. He has been involved with matters in Germany, Thailand, Korea, China, and Singapore.

謝偉思香港安理國際律師事務所合夥人，訴訟與爭端解決部的負責人。
Andrew JEFFRIES Partner, Allen & Overy, Hong Kong
於ICSID、ICC、LCIA、AAA、UNCITRAL以及亞洲、歐洲、美國等處皆處理過仲裁案件。最近剛被委任為香港高等法院副司法業務官。
He has built up a wealth of experience of substantial commercial disputes and has acted in ICSID, ICC, LCIA, AAA, UNCITRAL and other arbitrations in Asia, across Europe, and the US. He has recently been appointed as a Deputy Registrar (Judge) of the High Court in Hong Kong.

在中國和歐洲的爭端解決及相關法律方面具有豐富的執業經驗。
He has substantial experience in dispute resolution and project-related law, both in the PRC and in Europe.

馬惠美環宇法律事務所資深律師
Hui-Mei MA Senior Associate, Liang & Associates, Taipei
專長於民間參與投資公共建設及仲裁相關法令領域，並曾負責處理台灣民間參與投資BOT(Build-Operate-Transfer) 公共建設計畫第一件仲裁之案件，對於公共建設案件之爭議解決實際執行經驗豐富。
With considerable experience in private investment infrastructure projects and arbitration law. She is involved in the first ‘Build Operate Transfer’ arbitration case in Taiwan.
