The theme of 2005 International Conference is “ Creative Interaction and Sustainable Development ”. In order to ensure sustainable operation, an organization has to innovate constantly. The core of innovation is creativity. Creativity is not limited to intuitive imagination without foundation, but, often emerges from intellectual interaction. Therefore, creative interaction has many tiers of intent: creative thinking, creative doing, creative productions as well as creative systems, encompassing contextual relationships among all the involved interactions. Sustainable development, sharing much the same objective, pursues multiple purposes, such as: creative environment, creative organization, creative industry, creative knowledge, creative technology, creative tool, creative assets, etc. Expanded from the theme of the Conference, three major topics “the development trend, key factors and interaction modes of creative industry”, “the integration and sustainable development of humanity and technology”, and “the ideal living environment and regional development mode” will be addressed in the 2005 International Conference. Subtopics are to be further divided for the three different fields: Industrial Design, Architecture and Urban Planning.
