「北部流行音樂中心」國際競圖
敬邀
中華民國為鼓勵流行音樂創作、扶植表演人才與團隊、結合相關周邊產業發展，籌建北部大型流行音樂表演中心、戶外表演廣場及相關措施，以達扶植國內流行音樂產業發展及成為國際華人音樂原創發展及產業試驗的領導中心的目標，積極推動「北部流行音樂中心興建計畫」。
本中心基地面積約7.65公頃，位於臺北市南港區、近捷運昆陽站。設計之主體空間包括4500-6000席之室內表演主廳館、15000立席以上之戶外演出空間、音樂名人事件展示空間、數位圖書館、中小型室內展演live house、產業社群暨育成空間等。
誠摯邀請國內外優秀的設計團隊，能在兼顧所有音樂類型及國際流行音樂發展趨勢下，為台灣流行音樂經營與發展量身設計獨一無二的場域空間，期待未來能在「群聚」和「跨界」的主軸，形成產業發動的真實核心。歡迎有志的建築師與設計團隊盡情發揮創意與熱情，共同參與這場築夢的競賽！
競圖辦法 Competition Guidelines:
Type of Competition:
Two-stage open competition.
興建費用：
本案興建費用(直接工程費)共計新台幣350,000 萬元(美金約10,600 萬元)，包括各分項工程費，參與投標者須以此為估算基準。
Total Construction Budget:
The total construction budget (direct construction cost) is about NT＄3,500,000,000 (about US＄106,000,000) including the construction costs of various work items. The tenderer shall use this amount as the basis for estimating construction costs.
技術服務費用：
依總包價法計算，採固定服務費用，共計新台幣38,000 萬元(美金約1,150 萬元)整。
Service Fees:
The service fee of this Contract is fixed price of NT$ 380,000,000. (about US$11,500,000)
參加資格：(第一階段)
(1) 我國建築師單獨或共同投標。
(2) 外國建築師(或法人、機構)單獨或共同投標。
(3) 外國建築師(或法人、機構)與我國建築師共同投標。

Qualifications for Participation: (for Stage One)
1. Any licensed architect of the R.O.C. (Taiwan) is qualified to tender.
2. Any licensed architect (or Consultant / Corporation) of foreign country is qualified to tender.
3. Joint tender is available for licensed architects of the R.O.C. (Taiwan) and licensed architects (or Consultants / Corporations) of foreign countries.
